Titmouse is hiring 2D Animators for Remote Work!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work remotely with efficiency, reliability, and professionalism
  • Attend remote meetings as-needed and submit to a common web-based service for review
  • Maintain excellent communication with project leadership and fellow-artists
  • Create high quality 2D Flash animation sequences by creating storytelling poses and putting them on model
  • Animate scene from rough to clean and complete work by the scheduled deadline
  • Perform one or more passes of revisions according to client/director notes
  • Draw in Adobe Flash (Animate) to create designs/poses for animation sequences and layouts
  • Understand storytelling as told through character emotion/movement

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES:

  • Must have a strong sense of animation basics, acting, staging, posing and timing
  • Strong animation knowledge
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proactive with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills while working remotely
  • Maintain confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information
  • Prioritize work to meet goals or deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced production environment and manage time wisely
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible/adaptable essential
  • Has a sense of style or artistry
  • Has a creative mindset and passion for arts

SOFTWARE-RELATED SKILLS:

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Flash (Animate)
  • Ability and aptitude for creative problem-solving in order to assemble the final shot
