Blue Sky Studios will be visiting SCAD Savannah and will be conducting portfolio reviews on Feb 26th! They’ll be looking at applicants in the following areas:
- Story
- Visual Development
- Character (Modeling, Rigging, Texturing, Garment/Hair, Groom)
- Environment (Modeling, Texturing, Propagation, Set Dressing/Extension)
- Layout
- CG Animation
- Character Simulation/Character FX
- Crowds
- Effects
- Lighting/Compositing
- Production Management
- TD/Software Engineering
- Other (see link below)
Students interested in applying for the portfolio review MUST complete this survey link before 11:59pm EST, Tuesday February 11th.
In addition, you should complete the official Acorn Academy application located here. (Note: the application is separate from the above survey link, but required for all applicants interested in Blue Sky, regardless of whether or not you are selected for the portfolio reviews.).
Students from all campuses are welcome to apply. If you are selected from Atlanta, E-Learning, Hong Kong or Lacoste campuses, we will work with you to set up a remote Skype review.Â
